🍲 Our 1.2kg meals are perfect for families, serving up to 4 people with generous portions that make sure everyone enjoys a wholesome, satisfying dinner.
🥘 Our 750g meals are ideal for smaller households or lighter appetites, comfortably feeding 2–3 people.

We offer free delivery on all our boxes—anywhere in South Africa!

Your meals are made fresh, then frozen and packed with care before being sent your way. While delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days, it all depends on when you place your order and where we are in our production cycle.

For example:
If you place your order on a Monday, and we’re cooking up a storm on Tuesday, we can usually ship your box by Wednesday—which means you’ll likely get it before the weekend.
But if you place your order later in the week (say, Wednesday or Thursday), it might miss that week’s production and roll over to the next week’s batch.

Either way, we promise to keep things moving as quickly as possible, without ever compromising on quality.

Shelf Life & Storage Info

Our frozen meals are carefully prepared and packaged to lock in freshness and quality. When stored in your freezer at -18°C (or colder), they’ll stay delicious for up to 9 months.

Each meal comes with a best-before date printed on the packaging, so be sure to check that before heating. For best results, we recommend keeping the meals in their original containers until you're ready to cook—no need to transfer or repackage.

While the meals are still safe to eat after 9 months (we’ve even enjoyed some that were over a year old!), the quality may start to decline. You might notice a bit of freezer burn, a watery texture, or slight changes in flavor and consistency.

To get the best possible experience, enjoy your meals within that 9-month sweet spot!
